How long does a typical engagement run?
A Strategy Sprint is 2–3 weeks. Build and Launch phases typically run 8–14 weeks depending on scope. Growth Support is ongoing — monthly or quarterly retainers.
Do you work with pre-seed or pre-revenue startups?
Yes — when there's a clear problem, a defined user, and budget to execute. We often start with a Strategy Sprint to validate before committing to a full build.
Where are you based, and which markets do you serve?
Headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. We work remotely with clients across MENA, Europe, and North America.
Can we just buy one service rather than the full system?
Absolutely. Product Foundation, Brand Clarity, and Growth Systems can be engaged independently.
What happens after launch?
Three paths: ongoing Growth Support, a clean handoff with documentation and training, or a hybrid where we stay embedded for analytics and iteration.
